School Holiday Adult and Child Sessions

Service Description

Guided by ceramicist Cara Kushlin, kids ages 5+ can accompany an adult and learn how to create something beautiful using the basic techniques of pinching, coil and slab building. Adults will get the chance to build a large vessel or dish. Younger students may wish to create something functional; plates, cups or vessels. Or let their imagination run wild and create a fairy garden, snowman or magical creature. A splash of colour may be added to decorative pieces using underglaze on the day. 2 glaze options for functional ware will be available, applied and fired by Cara. Timeframe; Please allow 2-3 weeks for pieces to be ready to collect. You will be notified via email or lookout for an instagram post. All tools, material and firing included.
